A Different Kind of Leadership
Nancy spent more than two decades in one of the most competitive and high-pressure markets in the world, San Francisco real estate.
She worked with buyers and sellers navigating some of the most significant financial decisions of their lives, leading complex negotiations and guiding clients through uncertainty with clarity and precision.
The work demanded discernment, composure under pressure, and the ability to help people move forward when the stakes were high.
That experience shaped her understanding of leadership long before she began her work as an advisor and coach.
In 2018, she made a decision that changed everything.
Unfulfilled in her career, her environment, and the life she had built, she chose uncertainty, and the very real possibility of failure, over comfort. She left her twenty-year career, moved across the country to a city where she knew no one, and began again.
That decision redefined her understanding of leadership.
She came to see that true leadership begins with the courage to take risks, evolve, and pursue what is genuinely aligned, not what is expected.
Transformation is not something Nancy teaches. It is something she has lived.
Today, Nancy works with women who are stepping into greater visibility, influence, and impact, women who understand both the opportunity and the responsibility of what they are building.
Her work integrates intuitive insight, emotional intelligence, and energetic leadership. Nancy is certified in Intuition Medicine® and trained as a professional life coach, bringing both depth and structure to the way she supports her clients.
